Yes! The factory if open to the public for customers to purchase all of our products at a wholesale rate. However, we are not open for public tours.
DO YOU OFFER COUPONS?
We do not offer manufacturer coupons but we continue to partner with new and local supermarkets to keep our products at everyday low prices.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR ICES?
For large wholesale orders please contact the office directly. For personal use please visit Instacart, Fresh Direct, Peapod and Mercato. We do not currently offer a ship to home option.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF OUR ICES?
Two years from date of production
WHY DOES THAT SUGARY FORMATION OCCUR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP?
That sugary formation is a happy accident! It occurs naturally when there is a brief delay between pouring the ices and freezing them, allowing the sugar solids to settle. While we initially considered freezing them faster to eliminate it, our customers loved the texture so much that it has become a signature feature of our ices.
WHICH FLAVOR IS THE HARDEST TO MAKE?
Rainbow is the most challenging flavor to make, as its three components - blue gelati, cherry, and lemon - must be prepared separately, dispensed in precise equal amounts, and instantly frozen to preserve distinct flavors in one cup! We are the ONLY Italian Ice brand to succeed at this.

REQUEST! REQUEST! REQUEST! Trust me your opinions matter! If you let your favorite store manger know, repeatedly, that you want us on the shelf, they will work with us to make it happen!!
REFUND POLICY
We take pride in producing the finest quality ices. If you find our product unsatisfactory, please follow these steps:
1. Return to the Place of Purchase
If you bought the product at a supermarket, please return the damaged ices there. Most stores have a program for handling damaged goods and can offer a refund or exchange.
2. Contact Us
If returning to the store is not possible, please write to us with the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Proof of purchase (original receipt)
- Box clippings showing the expiration date and UPC code
